The program will be the same as in past years.  I will be send out by e-mail or regular mail the class listing and entry forms at the end of April.  If you want it ahead of time just let me know.  I look forward to seeing all of you again at the showJune 19th & 20th NLGA Goat Show Rosholt, WI.

Contact Rosemarie Lutz email:  rrlutz@charter.net   All breeds will be sanctioned for both senior and junior does.  Nubian and AOP bucks will be sanctioned and both buck shows will be held on Saturday, June 19th.  Judges are:  Saturday – Emily Thompson, Clearbrook MN; Sunday – Linda Libra, Hinkley MN.  Show forms are ready but not mailed yet, you may email Rosemarie for show forms.  Show totals will again be posted daily online on the club website as well as emailed to those who request them.  New website address:  www.geocities.con/northernlightsgoat

 

June 18-20th Southwest Missouri Dairy Goat Association 26th Annual Spring Show

            Dual AGS Nigerian Dwarf/Pygmy show and ADGA quad show.  Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, Springfieldm MO.  Separately sanctioned for junior does, senior does and bucks.  AGS judges:  Tom Rucker and Jennifer Lohman-Peterson; ADGA judges: Tom Rucker, Jennifer Lohman-Peterson, Marshall Binkley, and -Carrie Khale.  For entry forms or more information contact Bonita Derryberry (phonme)  - tryagain@joplin.com .

May 22nd & 23rd  WI FFA Youth and Open Goat Show Wisconsin State Fair Park

          The Wisconsin FFA, in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Fair Park, is planning to host the 1st Annual FFA Dairy/Livestock Show for Wisconsin FFA/Youth in general, the weekend of May 22nd and 23rd, 2004, at the Wisconsin State Fair Park.  The following species will each have their own shows:  dairy cattle, beef, sheep, hogs and goats.

The vision for all species is that on Saturday the show would a youth show only, with FFA members receiving a slightly reduced entry fee.  Sunday would be an open show for youth and adults.  The Sunday show would require registration papers and be ADGS sanctioned.

Further details will be in future newsletters as they become available, but mark your calendars now!
